All plans are billed in GBP. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — access continues until end of billing period.

Billing FAQ
Do players ever pay anything?
No. LoreBox is free for all players. Only the GM's account is monetised — players join campaigns at no cost regardless of their GM's tier.
Can I switch tiers at any time?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Scribe (Free)?
Your campaigns, handouts, and settings are all preserved. You'll be subject to the Scribe limits (3 campaigns, 3 players, 5 handouts/day) going forward. Files already uploaded remain accessible, but you won't be able to upload new files until your storage is below 500 MB.
Are annual plans refundable?
Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, the remainder of the annual period is non-refundable but you retain access until it expires.
Can I buy extra storage on any tier?
Extra storage is available to purchase from the shop on any paid tier (Archivist, Chronicler, or Loremaster). It is not available on the free Scribe tier.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed via Stripe (on the website) and through the App Store or Google Play (on mobile). All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
