No. Players join a campaign using a join code or QR provided by the GM. They only need to enter a character name. No sign-up, no email, no password.
Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), PDF, video, and plain text handouts. You can also create handouts from built-in templates with fillable placeholders.
An internet connection is required to send and receive handouts in real time. However, players can view previously received handouts that have been cached to their device even without a connection.

No. Handouts are delivered per character. When you send to a specific player, only their character receives it. When you send to all, everyone gets it — but each player only sees their own collection.
The handout is removed from the player's active view and marked as recalled. It moves to their Recently Deleted section, where they can still view it briefly before it's permanently removed.
Yes. Cancel from your account page or through the App Store / Google Play. You keep Premium until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free tier. Your data is never deleted.
